Tullia Bruno studies the phenotype and function of tumor infiltrating B cells and their contribution to local antitumor immunity. Her work has characterized B cell subsets in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and other solid tumors. She investigates how TLS can be leveraged to improve checkpoint blockade response.
