Brendan Roddy

Dr. Brendan Roddy specializes in the safety and toxicity management of T-cell engaging bispecific antibodies. He has contributed to defining grading and management protocols for cytokine release syndrome and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) arising from bispecific antibody therapies. His work on step-up dosing strategies has enabled safer outpatient administration of bispecific antibodies in both hematologic and solid tumor settings.
