Aaron Blair

Aaron Blair is a scientist emeritus at the NCI whose decades of research on agricultural and occupational chemical exposures have established causal links between specific pesticides, formaldehyde, and cancer risk. His Agricultural Health Study, following over 89,000 licensed pesticide applicators, is the largest prospective study of its kind and has provided critical evidence on farm chemical carcinogenesis. His expert testimony and IARC Monograph contributions have been central to regulatory assessments of environmental carcinogens.
