Bing Zhang

Bing Zhang at Baylor has contributed to developing the computational framework for cancer proteogenomics — integrating proteomic and genomic data to reveal how genomic alterations manifest at the protein level. His development of analytical pipelines for CPTAC and his research on protein co-expression networks and their relationship to cancer subtypes and clinical outcomes have been important for translating proteogenomics into cancer biology insights.
