👥Biography 个人简介

Bing Ren at UC San Diego and the Ludwig Institute is a pioneer of the cancer epigenome and 3D genome organization. His contributions to mapping enhancers genome-wide through ChIP-seq and his research on 3D genome topology — particularly how topologically associating domains (TADs) are disrupted in cancer, leading to aberrant enhancer-gene interactions and oncogene activation — have revealed new mechanisms of cancer gene dysregulation.
