Alice Bertaina leads pediatric stem cell transplantation at Stanford and is a pioneer of TCR alpha-beta and CD19 depleted haploidentical HCT for children with leukemia and nonmalignant disorders. Her protocols are used across Europe and the US. She co-developed BPX-501 graft engineering.
