Avery D. Posey Jr.

Avery Posey is an emerging leader in CAR-T cell engineering with particular focus on targeting solid tumors. His laboratory develops novel CAR designs targeting tumor-associated carbohydrates (glycans) and other solid tumor antigens. Posey's work on glycan-targeting CARs has opened new approaches for cancers that have been refractory to conventional CAR-T therapy.
