Arthur Kim

Arthur Kim is a radiation oncologist specializing in skin cancers including Merkel cell carcinoma and investigates the synergy between definitive or consolidation radiotherapy and checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapy in MCC. He has conducted retrospective analyses and prospective studies evaluating optimal sequencing and fractionation of radiation with avelumab or pembrolizumab and has contributed to demonstrating improved local control and possibly systemic abscopal effects when radiation is added to IO in MCC. He also studies SBRT for oligometastatic MCC disease.
