👥Biography 个人简介

Archa Fox is a leading researcher on NEAT1, the essential architectural lncRNA of paraspeckle nuclear bodies, demonstrating that NEAT1 upregulation and paraspeckle formation play critical roles in cancer cell survival under stress, hypoxia, and chemotherapy. Her work established that NEAT1 is a direct transcriptional target of p53 and contributes to chemoresistance in multiple cancer types. She has characterized how paraspeckle formation regulates gene expression through nuclear retention of edited mRNAs. Her research has connected nuclear body biology with cancer therapeutic resistance.
