Antoni Bhatt is a leading expert in NY-ESO-1 TCR-engineered T cell therapy for solid tumors expressing cancer-testis antigens. His research has demonstrated clinical efficacy of NY-ESO-1 TCR therapy in synovial sarcoma and melanoma. He has worked extensively on optimizing lymphodepletion regimens and T cell persistence for TCR-based therapies. His translational work has established NY-ESO-1 TCR therapy as one of the most advanced TCR-based immunotherapeutic approaches.
