Arndt Vogel

Arndt Vogel is a hepatobiliary oncologist and specialist in hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma who has contributed to clinical research spanning both tumor types. He has been involved in clinical trials of FGFR inhibitors in cholangiocarcinoma and immunotherapy combinations in HCC. His translational research examines the molecular biology of hepatocellular and biliary cancers and biomarkers of therapeutic response. He is a leading German liver cancer researcher and serves on European liver cancer guideline panels. He has been instrumental in building the German HCC clinical trial network.
