Anna Bhatt

Anna Bhatt investigates the application of large language models trained on protein sequences and biological literature to accelerate cancer biologic drug discovery. Her work includes developing transformer-based models for antibody engineering, predicting protein-protein interactions relevant to cancer, and generating hypotheses from biomedical text mining. She applies protein language models to design cancer-targeting bispecific antibodies and other complex biologics with enhanced properties. Her research is at the frontier of applying generative AI to cancer biology and therapeutic protein engineering.
