Anis Larbi

Anis Larbi is an immunologist specializing in immune aging and cancer immunotherapy resistance whose work at the Singapore Immunology Network has characterized multi-parameter immune profiling of peripheral blood and tumor specimens as a strategy to identify dual checkpoint inhibitor resistance biomarkers. His research on TIM-3 co-expression with PD-1 on exhausted T cells has contributed to understanding resistance mechanisms in patients who fail anti-PD-1 monotherapy and examines TIM-3+PD-1 dual blockade as a rational rescue strategy. He leads Asia-Pacific immunotherapy biomarker collaboratives.
