👥Biography 个人简介

Michael Angelo developed MIBI-TOF (multiplexed ion beam imaging by time of flight), a spatial proteomics technology that uses secondary ion mass spectrometry for highly multiplexed protein imaging at subcellular resolution. His application of MIBI-TOF to triple-negative breast cancer revealed that organized immune structures rather than random immune infiltration predict response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy. His spatial topology analysis of the tumor immune microenvironment has identified immune architectures associated with checkpoint immunotherapy response.
