Andrew Zelenetz at MSK has contributed extensively to DLBCL biology and treatment. His work on molecular subtyping of DLBCL into GCB (germinal center B cell) and ABC (activated B cell) subtypes and the clinical implications for prognosis and treatment, and his research on genomic determinants of DLBCL outcome, have contributed to the precision medicine approach to DLBCL management.
