Andrew Chan is the leading investigator of aspirin chemoprevention of colorectal cancer, drawing on the Nurses Health Study, Health Professionals Follow-up Study, and randomized trials. He also investigates gut microbiome effects on cancer. He chairs clinical and translational epidemiology at MGH.
