Andrei Shustov investigates the clinical application of PI3K inhibitors, particularly duvelisib (PI3K-delta/gamma), in peripheral T-cell lymphoma. His research addresses mechanisms of PI3K pathway activation in PTCL and patient selection strategies for PI3K inhibitor therapy. He has contributed to cooperative group PTCL trials and was involved in duvelisib's clinical development program in T-cell malignancies.
