👥Biography 个人简介

Ana Anderson at Harvard has made key contributions to characterizing Tim-3 (TIM-3/HAVCR2) as an immune checkpoint regulator on exhausted T cells and on innate immune cells. Her work on Tim-3 biology, its ligands (galectin-9, CEACAM1, HMGB1), and its role in regulating tumor immunity has contributed to the development of anti-Tim-3 antibodies now in clinical trials, either alone or in combination with anti-PD-1 as a next-generation immunotherapy combination.
