👥Biography 个人简介

Amanda Paulovich has pioneered the development of targeted mass spectrometry assays (SRM/MRM) for precise quantification of cancer-relevant proteins in clinical samples. She has been a key contributor to CPTAC and has developed analytical platforms that enable clinical-grade protein measurement from tumor biopsies. Her laboratory applies these tools to validate cancer protein biomarkers and pharmacodynamic markers for clinical trials. She has been instrumental in developing the infrastructure for reproducible quantitative proteomics across multiple research sites, advancing the field toward clinical implementation.
