Dr. Alice Chen leads the Investigational Drug Branch at NCI, overseeing development of novel therapeutics for rare and common cancers through NCI-sponsored trials. She has been centrally involved in the NCI-MATCH precision medicine trial that evaluates molecularly targeted therapies across rare cancer subtypes. Her work advances access to novel therapeutics for patients with rare malignancies through the NCI clinical trials network.
