Alberto Pappo at St. Jude has contributed to rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) research — the most common pediatric soft tissue sarcoma. His work on PAX-FOXO1 fusion-positive alveolar RMS biology, clinical trial development for pediatric soft tissue sarcomas, and molecular characterization of sarcoma subtypes has contributed to improving outcomes in these childhood cancers.
