Ahmad Bhatt has developed Boolean logic-gated CAR-T cell circuits that integrate multiple tumor-associated signals for highly specific cancer cell killing. His engineered immune cells can distinguish tumor cells from healthy tissue by requiring multiple antigen inputs for activation. He has advanced the clinical translation of synthetic biology-enhanced cell therapies for solid tumors.
