Adam Snyder
MD
Attending Physician; Research Scientist
👥Biography 个人简介
Adam Snyder has contributed to foundational research on POLE/POLD1 exonuclease domain mutations as ultra-high TMB IO biomarkers and the clinical implications of DNA mismatch repair deficiency as a pan-tumor IO predictive biomarker. His work examines how replication repair deficiency creates immunogenic tumors sensitive to checkpoint inhibitors irrespective of tissue of origin. He contributed to early biomarker analyses from MSK-IMPACT that established clinical utility of comprehensive genomic profiling for IO biomarker identification. Snyder's research supports the pan-tumor IO approval framework for MMR and POLE-deficient cancers.
