👥Biography 个人简介

Adam Shlien has advanced understanding of how minimal residual disease evolves under therapeutic pressure to drive cancer relapse. His work on pediatric cancers revealed that relapse clones pre-exist at diagnosis and are selected by chemotherapy, establishing the evolutionary basis of treatment resistance. He has developed ctDNA-based approaches for tracking clonal evolution in real-time to detect emerging resistant populations before clinical relapse.
