Alexander Anderson

Alexander Anderson co-directs the Center of Excellence for Evolutionary Therapy at Moffitt Cancer Center, leading the translational effort to bring mathematically optimized adaptive therapy protocols from theoretical models to clinical practice through prospective clinical trials. His multi-scale tumor models integrate genetic, phenotypic, and microenvironmental data to predict patient-specific evolutionary trajectories under different treatment schedules, enabling the design of personalized adaptive therapy regimens. His work is establishing the clinical infrastructure needed to implement evolutionary therapy as a standard approach in oncology.
