Satoshi Nagase

Satoshi Nagase is a prominent Japanese gynecologic oncologist who leads the Japan Society of Gynecologic Oncology (JSGO) guideline development and contributes to Japanese Clinical Oncology Group (JCOG) trials. He has contributed to Japanese evidence on bevacizumab and PARP inhibitors in ovarian cancer, and has led Japanese studies of immune checkpoint inhibitors in cervical and endometrial cancer. Nagase has worked to bridge Western evidence with Japanese clinical practice, adapting guidelines to account for differences in treatment infrastructure, genetic epidemiology, and reimbursement systems in Japan.
