Michael Veness, MBBS, MD, FRANZCR is Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Sydney and a globally recognized expert in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) and non-melanoma skin cancer. His pioneering work on outcomes in immunosuppressed organ transplant recipients with high-risk cSCC and on the role of adjuvant radiotherapy following lymph node dissection has shaped international treatment guidelines. He has contributed extensively to the era of cemiplimab and pembrolizumab for advanced cSCC.
