Keun-Wook Lee is a Korean gastric cancer oncologist who has contributed to Korean Cancer Study Group (KCSG) clinical trials and translational research on molecular subtypes of gastric cancer. He has contributed to evaluation of ramucirumab in Asian gastric cancer populations and has investigated EBV-positive and MSI-H gastric cancer as distinct molecular subtypes with different immunotherapy sensitivities. Lee leads molecular tumor board integration at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and has contributed to Korean National Cancer Center gastric cancer guidelines. His research spans HER2 testing standards, CLDN18.2 selection methods, and biomarker harmonization for gastric cancer in Korea.
