🎓Key Contributions 主要贡献

Melanoma Brain Metastases Treatment

Led prospective trials and registry analyses characterizing outcomes with combined ipilimumab/nivolumab and BRAF-targeted therapies in active melanoma brain metastases, establishing evidence for systemic immunotherapy in this challenging population.

Uveal Melanoma Systemic Therapy

Conducted clinical research into novel agents for metastatic uveal melanoma, including tebentafusp and combined targeted/immune approaches, contributing to understanding of GNAQ/GNA11-driven biology.

Leptomeningeal Melanoma Management

Characterized clinical outcomes and potential treatment strategies for leptomeningeal disease from melanoma, one of the most challenging and rapidly fatal manifestations of CNS metastasis.
