Bradley J. Monk

Bradley Monk is one of the most prolific clinical trial investigators in gynecologic oncology, having contributed to pivotal trials across cervical, ovarian, and endometrial cancers. He was principal investigator for GOG 240 establishing bevacizumab as standard therapy in cervical cancer, and led or contributed to the PRIMA trial establishing niraparib maintenance as first-line maintenance after platinum-based therapy in ovarian cancer regardless of BRCA status. Monk has championed the use of VEGF pathway inhibitors and PARP inhibitors in gynecologic cancers and has extensive experience in patient-reported outcomes in clinical trials.
