Piotr J. Slomka, PhD, FACC, FASNC is a world pioneer in applying AI and deep learning to cardiovascular imaging. As Director of Innovation in Imaging at Cedars-Sinai, he developed the first deep learning applications for nuclear cardiology. His multi-site validation using 20,000+ patient scans demonstrated AI can predict major adverse cardiac events directly from SPECT images.
