Eric Vivier is one of the world's foremost experts on natural killer (NK) cell biology and innate immune mechanisms in cancer. He co-founded Innate Pharma and led the development of monalizumab, a first-in-class anti-NKG2A antibody that blocks an inhibitory NK cell checkpoint. His laboratory pioneered understanding of NK cell activating and inhibitory receptor signaling, group 1 ILCs, and NK cell-based cancer immunotherapy.
